Gnomes

Gnomes are a very small humanoid race, which are not physically different to humans other than they are only about 1 to 2 feet high. Gnomes are classically seen as protectors of the natural world. Gnomes are also seen as adventures wanting to discover the world they often join parties of adventuring heroes. Gnomes can prove useful due to their height and sometimes turn to a life of crime.

High Elves

Elves are a tall, slim and regal built race. They are seen as a noble race, and tend to be beautiful or handsome in appearance. Elves are a paled skinned race. Elves are strong and agile in comparison with humans and are often seen as more intelligent and wiser. Elves have a longer life span than humans do. Elves build refined weapons that are seen as master craftsmanship by other races. They use Swords, bows and lances mainly they don't like using crossbows or gunpowder weapons.

Name of the race:
Genie… Genia is the female word.

Brief description:
Genies are not so much a race but rather a curse that has permanently transfigured a normal being and ties their very soul to an object. They in many ways resemble a human in both appearance and often in attitude. Genies have never been known to breed and so the number of them is extremely limited as most sorcerers never learn the complex yet almost completely useless skills it takes to weave such fine magic to transfigure one in to a Genie. Genies most often feel like a slave. For that is what they are they cannot leave the immediate area in which the object they are tied to resides.

They also find that the limitless cosmic powers that they now posses are well limited. For one they cannot lie. Two they can only use these massive powers when their master makes a wish. Three they cannot directly kill any life forms not even a virus. And last but not least they cannot change the past or the minds of others.

Powers they may possess:
Genies posses the power to grant limitless wishes. Any thing that their master desires and it is theirs.

Where they would live:
Genies traditionally are scattered all over the world. Often resting inside their accursed prisons. till some lucky master comes along and fries them.

A brief history:
Not much is known about their history perhaps its because they rarely cross each other’s paths. But there is extensive works on the magic’s involved transfiguring some one in to one in the libraries at magic castle.

Other:
Also note that a Genie is a slave. They have no choice in the mater most often the become as some form of punishment.
